Placed an order on 31 Oct 21 that was refunded as requested, the same day I placed a second order, $61.97 was charged on my MasterCard, I have never received the second order. I sent multiple emails to inquire about my second order that was not refunded, they keep on answering that it was refunded. I wanted to order Xmas gift from Kamazaki but I will nor order from you again and will certainly not recommend you to anyone.
