Highlighter/blush palette
I just bought this highlighter/blush palette online and sadly, when it got here, two of the six colors were smashed. After a bunch of tries, I finally got a hold of someone in customer service, and they told me to snap a pic of the messed-up palette to get a refund or a new one. But then, right when the rep was trying to give me the email address to send the pic to, we got disconnected. And even after trying to call back a bunch of times, I couldn't reach anybody to fix the problem. It totally frustrated and disappointed me because the products are actually pretty good, but the customer service let me down big time.
