My Experience with Physicians Formula
I have been a long-time user of Physicians Formula and I have always been extremely pleased with the quality of their products. From the beautiful packaging to the gentle yet effective formulas, I have never been disappointed. I have tried many of their products, but my favorites include their Butter Bronzer, the Murumuru Butter Blush, and the Organic Wear 100% Natural Origin Mascara.
The Butter Bronzer gives the most natural looking glow and it's easy to build up the color, while the Murumuru Butter Blush is incredibly pigmented and blends out beautifully. The Organic Wear mascara is one of the best natural mascaras I've ever tried, it lengthens and curls my lashes without any clumps or flaking.
Physicians Formula also uses natural ingredients in their products, which is important to me as I have sensitive skin. I never have any irritation or breakouts from using their products.
I also appreciate that their products are affordable and easily accessible online. I always make sure to stock up on my favorites during their online sales.

This bronzer is seriously amazing. I'm totally obsessed with the way it smells and how smoothly it goes on my skin. Black Friday purchase
I bought some stuff during a Black Friday sale not too long ago, and I gotta say, it was a bit of a bummer when my order didn't show up on time. I was really looking forward to getting all 8 items, especially the two free gifts, but only 3 things actually made it to my door. I tried getting in touch with customer service through email and phone a bunch of times, but no one got back to me. Luckily, I used PayPal to pay for my purchase, so I was able to file a claim and get a refund for the stuff that never arrived. It was definitely annoying, but I'm thankful that PayPal came through and helped me out in the end.
Lipstick purchase
My recent online shopping experience was a total mess! I bought this lipstick online and it's been like two months and I still haven't gotten it. The first time they sent it, it got lost and the second time, I never got it at all. On top of that, they still haven't given me my money back. Seriously, they haven't been keeping me in the loop at all and it's just not cool. I'm really bummed out about it.
Highlighter/blush palette
I just bought this highlighter/blush palette online and sadly, when it got here, two of the six colors were smashed. After a bunch of tries, I finally got a hold of someone in customer service, and they told me to snap a pic of the messed-up palette to get a refund or a new one. But then, right when the rep was trying to give me the email address to send the pic to, we got disconnected. And even after trying to call back a bunch of times, I couldn't reach anybody to fix the problem. It totally frustrated and disappointed me because the products are actually pretty good, but the customer service let me down big time.
Rose all day, SET AND GLO
Oh my gosh, this makeup is seriously terrible. It made my skin look so cakey and gross. The concept is good, but they totally messed it up. It's just not worth the $17, save your money for something better, seriously.
