Lipstick purchase
My recent online shopping experience was a total mess! I bought this lipstick online and it's been like two months and I still haven't gotten it. The first time they sent it, it got lost and the second time, I never got it at all. On top of that, they still haven't given me my money back. Seriously, they haven't been keeping me in the loop at all and it's just not cool. I'm really bummed out about it.
