Lack of customer support
My experience with this service has been really disappointing. I've been using it for two years now, and although the product is okay, the customer support is seriously lacking. Twice they charged my Visa card without telling me why, even though I had already renewed my account. When I emailed them about it, I got no reply. And when I called, no one picked up. It's frustrating to be ignored, especially since I didn't sign up for auto renewal. Honestly, the poor communication and lack of support has left me feeling pretty disappointed.
Refund request issue
I had a really bad experience with this company. I asked for a refund the day after I bought something because the software was not what I thought it would be. They said I'd get my money back in a week, but it's been over 2 months and still nothing. The customer service was no help at all, and I just felt like I got ripped off.
Single month subscription

I couldn't even listen to the calls I recorded in the U.S., so that feature was useless. The emails that downloaded were old and outdated, so the info was useless. The few features that did work only worked when I activated the service, which was a huge pain. The expiration date on my 3-license plan was wrong, and it took forever to get that fixed with no help from customer service. Even after they extended it, I still had problems with the spyware. Total waste of time and money, honestly.
Purchase made using credit card
I just bought something using my credit card and it went really smoothly and securely. The website was easy to use and I had no problems placing my order. They had a lot of different products and services to choose from, which was pretty cool. The payment process was simple and I got a confirmation email right after I finished my purchase. All in all, I'm happy with how my shopping went on this online store.
Wasted money
Don't waste your money on that sketchy company. Their service doesn't even do what they claim, and good luck getting your money back - they'll just ignore you. Don't be fooled by their high prices, it's not worth it.

So, I was thinking about getting this spy software to keep an eye on things, but man, it was a total letdown.
