This company has the worst communication. I applied for a breast pump back in December, got the approval, but it took them three whole months to actually get the ball rolling. And all because their rep, Katie Coffey, was MIA. By the time I found out about insurance changes in March, it was already too late. Such a frustrating experience.
Breast pump with insurance
I was so excited when I found out I could get a free breast pump through my insurance with this company. But then I got a bill for it just two months later, which really bummed me out. They told me it was free, so I felt tricked and used. The fact that they weren't upfront and honest about it is really frustrating. I definitely wouldn't suggest using their services to anyone.
Insurance-covered breast pump
They really weren't much help when my new pump was acting up. All they did was tell me to talk to the manufacturer, who was just as unhelpful. And on top of that, they don't even let you pick the brand of milk storage bags you get, which feels pretty shady. All in all, not the best customer service experience.
I was totally mad over your shipment to me I wanted pull ups not those things you sent me.
