Personal checks
I ordered a bunch of checks online and they came quickly. When I was reviewing the new checks I noticed that the account # was incorrect. I called immediately and the man that assisted me, named Sean was so helpful. He waived the reprint fee although it was my error and expedited shipping as well! I truly appreciate amazing customer service now a days! Great company!
Credit card payment issue
I ordered some stuff, paid with my credit card, got a confirmation email, and then the checks came a few days later. But then, weeks down the line, I got an email saying my credit card was declined and I needed to pay up. So, I sent them a check, they cashed it, and now they're blowing up my inbox with threatening emails about unpaid balances. Total scam alert - steer clear of this company!
Incorrect check order
I just ordered some personalized checks from this company, thinking everything would go smoothly. But when the checks arrived, they were all messed up. I tried reaching out to their customer service for help but didn't hear back from them. It's really annoying to spend my money on something that isn't even right and then not get any help fixing it. I'm definitely not going to suggest this company to anyone after this experience.
