It did take a few days for my booking to get all set, but the hotel in New York told me they got it in their system. I think the delay might be because they're getting a ton of calls with everything going on in the world. I was stressed when I didn't get a confirmation right away, especially after seeing the negative stuff on this site. But hey, it's all good now. Just remember their offices are in England, so calling during business hours is key to get a quick response. So don't stress out like I did, everything will work out.
