Co-working space experience
Overall, my time at this co-working spot was amazing. The folks there were so helpful and friendly. I would definitely suggest it to smaller companies wanting to be part of a larger community and work environment.
Office space rental
After the pandemic, I wasn't sure about going back to the office, but after checking out a new office with Craig, I totally loved the layout, privacy, and vibe. Ryan, the guy managing the place, is super helpful - always there in the lobby to help with directions, packages, or anything else we need. Plus, Industrious mid-town hooks it up with breakfast, snacks, happy hours, and free printing. It really helped me ease back into working around actual humans.
Co-working space experience
Overall, I had a pretty good experience at this co-working space. The amenities were nice and the atmosphere really helped me stay focused and get my work done. But, I kinda wish they had more virtual tours for different locations so people could check it out before deciding to sign up.
Professional and efficient service
I just used the services of a coworking space at 70 St. Mary's Axe. The team there was super professional and friendly, which made my time there super easy and hassle-free. I want to give a shoutout to Gaby (Gabriela) for all her help with tricky clients and last-minute requests. I definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a great workspace.
Poor sales team
The sales team really needs to step it up. They act like amateurs, not professionals. And to top it off, they can be pretty insulting. They never seem to listen to what customers have to say, or try to make the user experience better. It's pretty disappointing to see a luxury brand behave like that.
