definitely worth it — ended up pleased, even though I was skeptical at first. Beatrice and Keith Prowse handled the Eastbourne tennis trip smoothly, clear communication beforehand, and comfy hospitality (yes, pun intended). We've had messy bookings with other companies, so this was a nice surprise. Everyone had a great day, would recommend.
Angelika made it easy
It worked out great — Angelika made the whole Wimbledon ticket thing painless. From the start she handled the back-and-forth clearly, answered every question (even when I called on a sick day), and kept me updated about Centre Court availability. I’ve had worse experiences with other brokers who go quiet, so this felt refreshingly professional and personal. I’m relieved and happy we got those seats. Small hiccups in price transparency, but overall highly recommended and would use again.
Unwanted emails, finally fixed
annoying but manageable — I unsubscribed over and over, then a coworker showed me the right link and the emails finally tapered off. I first noticed them after a random ad and I’d never signed up. Glad it ended up being fixable, but it took way too long and was pretty irritating.
Wimbledon chaos, tamed
felt a bit pricey compared with DIY, and there were a couple of back-and-forths. Still, I’d use them again.
Half great idea, half facepalm
some parts actually are brilliant — the sweet shop idea, the quirky viewing area — but the rest? Not so much. First weird moment: a server accidentally splashes champagne all over one of our party. The supervisor promised a bottle at court 1 as a make-good. No bottle appeared. Then my favorite hat vanished. Reception’s first version: some Love Island someone took it drunk. Different staff later said they checked CCTV and the celeb left without a hat. So which is it? Nobody seemed to know. During a tense Raducanu–Sabalenka stretch, almost everyone in the Treehouse was glued to muted TVs. DJ cranked the tunes; we asked to mute music and unmute commentary — “can’t do that,” we were told. Then, out of nowhere, the TVs were turned off during a crucial point. Later we discovered you could watch from outside via a slide viewing thing that was “out of order” — so clearly there were ways around it, if someone had bothered. The sweet shop is a clever touch, but two staff loudly gossiping in the tiny space made it hard to even reach the sweets. I emailed Keith Prowse about the mess, chased them, and two months later: crickets. I wanted to feel soothed or compensated; that didn’t happen. So my doubts before buying? Mostly validated. I’m glad for the novelty and the bits that worked, but the patchy service and confusing staff stories left a sour aftertaste. If you go, lower your expectations about follow-up and keep your hat close.
