I expected the address update to turn into one of those annoying email chains, but Irene handled it right away. I sent one message and it was already fixed before I had time to worry about it. That kind of support really matters. The box seems like a thoughtful wedding gift too, though I’d love a few more gift options.
A gift mix-up handled well
I was worried after ordering a kit for myself when it was actually meant for a friend’s birthday. Irene walked me through the options without making it complicated, which was a relief. Once I picked what worked best, she sorted it out right away. I’d feel comfortable ordering from Newly Named again.
The helpful correction
Halfway through, it became clear the name change was attached to my info instead of my daughter’s. Irene caught the issue and explained the fix without making it a whole thing. That mattered, since I’ve had other companies turn small order errors into a long email chain. The box arrived as a gift for my daughter, and she was genuinely relieved to have a simpler starting point.
A really helpful save
I caught my mistake after placing an order for a friend, which is usually where things get annoying with other companies. Instead, customer service got back to me quickly and helped switch it to a gift card without making me start over. That was honestly a nice surprise. Delivery wasn’t needed after the change, but the whole process felt easy. I’d order here again for a wedding gift.
Last-minute lifesaver
super efficient, human and kind. I'm really glad I picked them — saved my trip, honestly. Will recommend.
Last-minute save
Funny moment — two days before the bridal shower I realized I'd ordered the wrong gift card and panicked. I’d found them on a friend's Instagram and had already told my sister about them, so I emailed support hoping for a miracle. Irene replied faster than I expected, offered a few options and fixed it. Not perfect — the checkout was a little clunky — but when she confirmed it was ready, I relaxed and gave the gift card to the bride.
Helped me avoid an unnecessary fee
Half jokingly I messaged support last week because the website left me unsure, then Steph replied within an hour. Using the site felt simple but I was stuck on whether I actually needed a court filing; her quick, clear reply stopped me from paying for something unnecessary and saved me hundreds. I do wish the checkout wording was clearer, but overall the human help made it worth it.
