They may not have had the lowest prices upfront, but their clear fee structure and overall affordability in the long term was what sold me. Amazing customer service
I have to tell you, the folks who work at this company are really friendly and skilled! They helped me a lot and made everything so simple. And on top of that, they have really good prices for their services!
LLC Formation
I was actually referred to this service by my tax guy to handle my LLC filing, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Right from the get-go when I signed up and sent in my LLC paperwork, I got a nice phone call from a real person welcoming me aboard and asking if I needed any help. It was really nice to have that personal touch and it made me feel confident that my business was being looked after. The customer service team, especially Cassandra and Ronni, were super helpful and quick to respond to my emails when I needed to get an EIN for my business. I was pretty impressed with how fast they got it to me after I asked for it. All in all, I felt like I was in good hands and really taken care of by Northwest. So, if you're thinking about using their services, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Virtual office service
I signed up for a virtual office service for my new small business, but I was not happy with the level of service. It was more of a hassle than I expected. It took days to get a response to my emails, and when I called, they never picked up the phone - always had to leave a voicemail. Even after canceling, they wanted $50 to release my mail documents, which is more than the monthly fee. I updated all my registrations and mail forwarding the same day I canceled, so this whole situation has been disappointing and frustrating.
