It seemed to have done something but honestly I cannot tell! Plus, I cannot seem to find the file on my OS! I wanted to see what it had done but no where!! I can’t even uninstall it and when they said they were going to charge me on the 28th, I sent an email that I don’t want there service and the tried to take out money on the 27th!! Beware!!!They seem nefarious!
As expected (we've stayed here before)
Nice utility, excellent interface. Not sure exactly what changes were made (registry, multiple passwords, TCP). Too early to tell.
Pc repair
I bought the application for my pc in UK, and an assistant advised me. Without requesting it, they gave me a code to enter it on my computer and took control of the PC. Not only did I get 23 pounds from my bank account for the app, but without my consent, 40 pounds more were withdrawn from my account. That was very dishonest. In the process in which the "computer technicians" tried to remove a code, they reset my PC and the App was deleted. Money lost and stolen. I do not recommend them at all.

They advertised and said it would fix my problem with Windows 10 updates.
It slowed down my computer and made no changes and I still had the same problem. Called service and they said it fixed the problem I called them on, well it might have had a different number of problem but it still had the same problem.
Slowed down my computer and wont use or recommend them.
The price quoted was higher than advertised as they included file recovery which I did not want our load in my computer.melwarebytes says its a pup what a rip off!!!!

The product is good but the software deactivate after 7 days but it stated 30 days. Also the customer service is not responding to my email.
The person that you let in to your computer was a tech support scaammer
