No purchase
I got two identical windows appearing uninvited, when in the course of searching for ways to cure my laptop (W7) crashing, etc. These web pages were for Outbyte PC Repair. Thankfully I never jump in to respond by opening my wallet cyber-fashion, but always first enquire on Google "Is Outbyte safe?" So glad I've been led to this site and discovering my caution has been (yet again) my best defence against sharks. I've no doubt Outbyte is just such a shark, and those who are positive about it are simply lucky or have money to throw away.

I was always a bit skeptical about PC optimizers in general, but at some point had no choice but to use one.

The software works well for me, noticed some nice improvements in the speed of my PC, at times the support was a bit slow to respond, the pricing is ok in my view compared to similar products

I am of the opinion I have been ripped off by a bogus company. More money was taken out of my account than I authorised.
1. The Phone number in the U>K does not work
2. I asked (within 1 hour) for a refund - nothing heard back - C.C is chasing
3. The link to the Privacy Policy does not work but one has to agree to their terms without being able to see it otherwise one cannot send a message.

First, Malwarebytes warns that the website is not safe. Then, it is not clearly stated that the purchase is for a 3-month subscription. I am not happy at all
Free down load looks good with wide rang of problems detected. However once registered it is not possible to activate any repairs. Looks very much like a scam and simply fabricates nonsense problems to entice the users.

This product doesn't fix any Windows 10 Pro 64 bit problem with patches, updates, upgrades, service packs, etc.
It tells you about basic elements that you can easily find within Win 10 suites of applications.
A real waste of money for meoutbyte repair for windows 7 PC
I have an old 4 core 2gig PC running windows 7. As with all PC running windows it is dying a slow death. For 29.99 it didnt seem I had much to lose so I jumped in. Easy to order, next thing I know a guy in India took control (with my permission) finished the install, verified the code etc. I didnt know that was coming, but seems good...scary but OK, I hope. Anyway, it worked. One website I go to, yes my bank, always is goofy, wont load etc. Now it and everything else are much better. 30 bucks and my PC works again.

Windows key+R then type cleanmgr and enter. Use that to clean your system it's all these apps do anyway!BAD ASS HELL

bought it to fix my vcruntime140 issue which it said it could fix but didn't
it WONT let my computer shut itself off on my command i have to second click to over ride it.....no idea what thats all about
its constantly telling me a program i removed is popping up ...ok...and in order to get rid of this problem i have to close my browser (of course it will get rid of it THEN) and yet it never fixes the problem just keeps POPPING up to tell me a popup that i didn't even know had happened (even before i purchased outbyte) was occurring. i believe windows handles my popups
so the person i bought this from was supposed to contact them and have them help me with my issues ...this NEVER happened, whos to blame?
I can NOT access it on my desk top or through my side bar in windows 10. basically i have NO way to get it to scan
