Low-key impressed
Wasn't sure at first — I've had flaky vendors before — but after trying it I relaxed. Software just works, support answered fast, so yeah, pretty happy now.

Found but damaged, support slow
the software can locate lost stuff, delivery of usable files is hit-or-miss, and the customer service/refund process is frustrating. Not perfect, not totally worthless either.
Lifetime? Not really
I can log in and the account even shows the lifetime badge. Then I tried the recovery tab and hit a wall — a discount screen pops up and you can't get past it unless you accept. If you click through it just drops you onto an order page like you never paid. I tried different browsers, even reinstalled, same loop. No phone support, only an email address, and I sent four messages with zero reply. Only after I filed a dispute with my credit card did the company answer, basically saying "you can log in so you're covered" and pointing to a 30‑day warranty I wasn’t warned about. So yeah, being able to sign in but not use a core feature feels shady. I’m annoyed and disappointed. My tip: test the features right away, use a card with dispute protection, and don’t assume "lifetime" means hassle‑free support.
