This pictorial of our life from 1975 wedding through the lives with our children and grandchildren was an amazing walk through time. We love our book. It is good quality and we will order again. Thank you.
They charged me 6 times for the Pastbook and have failed to respond to my complaints. They delivered one single book but it cost me over fove-hundred dollars. I tried to cancel me order. Their web interface kept saying that the card din't go through. But it did go through and PastTime kept all the money.
Paid top dollar for the hardcover Pastbook. I was notified that the order was shipped a few months ago but still nothing. Phone calls to them have been fruitless. Very disappointed.
A total scam, but took the money and no book, no contact, tried for months, nothing, kept taking money out
Large book
The book cam...it has duplicates and photos I did not select. There are no refunds.
They tell you that you selected those photos but I know I would have selected a particular one but the website reflects it so I have no way of proof.

I ordered my photo book about 10 days ago and received it yesterday. The prints and the book are top quality. The only problem is none of the prints are the size I requested, and I paid for a 50+ page book, and received 44. The process used has to be designed to confuse the consumer to the advantage of the seller. After uploading desired photos, PastBook emails you a "proof" which yes, does indicate the number of pages, but in no way defines the size of the images. I ordered, and paid for the "large" photos, 8 1/2x 12, and received 79 photos that were 3 3/4 x 5 1/2. Given my clear input to the process, this can only be considered a deliberate rip-off.
