Car Service
This is the worst car service I have ever experienced. Don't use this service because they are cheap. My driver was horrible on our trip to NY he was rude. On our return trip they guy was more than an hour late. We had to get an Uber or we would have missed our flight. I kept calling them and the phone would continue to hang up. Then after 45 minute the guy called and said he was 25 mins away. This was the worst I have ever dealt with. I WASTED MONEY ON A RETURN TRIP TO THE AIRPORT THAT I NEVER RECEIVED.
Shuttle from airport
They left my wife stranded and wouldnt rebook her shuttle after weather delayed her flight one day. They also would refund. Stay away!
Shuttle service
Dont use Shuttlefare! They are terrible. Wont pick you up, will let you down, will run around and hurt you. Customer service line hangs up on you. Dont take my word...read their BBB reviews! They stink!
Shuttle services in Dallas,TX and San Antonio
We used this company 6 times. We won't make this mistake again. Driver overslept and we almost missed our flight. This most recent trip to San Antonio with 9 people was a nightmare. Never the correct sized van for 9 people, dangerous driver, always late. Very poor communication.
Uber Driver (Shuttlefare)
I recommend NOT to use Uber or Lyft aspect of company.Was 30 minutes late with picking up me and a party of 3 from Orlando International Airport. I needed lift to Sanford International in which I missed the flight as a result.Then got stranded in Airport because flights leave out every other day.Called to complain and was told I should of left 2hrs early from Airport.Very rude and disrespectful.Definitely DON’T use!!
Pick up drop off
Driver demanded cash from me after I paid for the pickup in advance. Held me in his van until I gave him money even after I showed him I already paid. Shuttlefare refused to help or refund me because they said I should have got a receipt from the man holding me hostage. Outrageous!
