I first saw the jersey on Instagram, a friend had sent the link. I was tempted but I hesitated. The site looked okay, but I was wary of hidden fees. I ordered about €150 worth and they said free shipping. At checkout each item jumped by €3–4. Then they added a shipping line and my total ballooned by about €30. Not great. I tried the seller email. It bounced. The generic support address didn't answer for three days. I started to think I'd been scammed. Then I got a human reply via DM, they explained the checkout glitch and refunded part of the overcharge. Still annoying to go through. In the end I kept the order. It's fine, but check everything twice. Not how a big brand should act.

Misspelled Jersey and No Follow-up
don't expect reliable fixes. I ordered a personalized jersey as a birthday gift and it arrived with the name misspelled — RONALDINHO turned into RONALIDNO. That made it useless as a present. I contacted customer service and they offered $18 back on a $115 order plus a 10% off coupon. Felt insufficient. I said it was a gift and asked for a replacement. They replied a few times, then went silent after about a week. The $18 refund never showed up. The shirt itself was decent material, so mixed feelings, but the handling of the error and the disappearing act left me annoyed. Would not buy again. If you need personalization to be correct, look elsewhere.
