I wouldn't order from ADOR again. I tried to return an item and they stonewalled me for weeks — constant delays, requests for more info, and no clear process. They eventually offered steep discounts (first about 40%, then bumped to around 75%) just to keep the product, which felt like buying off the problem instead of fixing it. The item wasn't great either, and when no refund showed up I had to dispute the charge with my card company. I've had smooth returns with other sellers, so this was unexpectedly annoying. Buyer beware.
Worth it, just plan ahead

Felt honest, useful, and ultimately I’m happy with what I kept.
Last-minute dress drama, but one saved the night
one pocket like five inches higher, an extra seam that makes the whole thing hang sideways. Not wearable. I filed a refund request expecting a return label; instead they wanted photos and offered 30% to keep something that’s not usable. I sent the photos and then crickets. I followed up the next day, still nothing. Three days in and it’s just a hassle. So yeah, mixed bag — one good dress saved my evening, but customer service and delivery were disappointing.
Clothing
The merchandise is garbage. Very low quality. Then when you try to return it ADOR just delays over and over the process. It took me over a week to get a return shipping label. First I had to send pictures. Then they offered a 40% discount. Then they offered a 75% discount. Just a drawn out process. Now with proof of tracking that they received my return they have refused to issue a refund. I started a complaint with the credit card to get my refund, STAY AWAY FROM THIS POS COMPANY.
Misleading clothing items
I can't believe how misleading these clothing items were! The dress I ordered came with a huge hole burnt through it! On top of that, the other items I got were nothing like what they looked like in the pictures. The fit was all wrong, with big shoulder pads and pants that didn't fit well. Being a standard size 10-12, I was really hoping for better quality and accuracy in what I bought. It's frustrating to see companies like this using shady advertising on social media sites like Instagram and Facebook. And to make things worse, the prices weren't even low for the bad quality you get. I tried to look for their return policy to send these items back, but it looks like they don't even have one, which is a common thing these companies do to make you not want to return things.
Variety of patterns, fair pricing
I was really happy with all the different patterns this company has. Unlike other brands that usually have the usual paisley or floral designs, this brand has some really unique and cool patterns that stand out. The website was easy to use and the prices were fair for what you're getting.

I ordered something from Spain on November 30th, and it still hasn't shown up. It's taking longer than I thought, so now I'm wondering if everything's okay with my order. I'm really ready for it to arrive soon!
Lack of customer service contact options and unclear order details
As a customer, I was really frustrated because I couldn't find a phone number or any way to get in touch with customer service before I made my purchase. Then, to top it off, I had a problem where I added 15 items to my cart but only got 14 when it arrived. The lack of clear order details just made me feel irritated and disappointed.
Dress purchase
I ordered some dresses and it was so easy to do. The only thing that kinda stinks is I'm not totally sure if the belts came with them. I really hope they did!

I really liked all the different clothes they had at that store. It was so easy to pick out an outfit for the Christmas party I'm going to on the 16th. First-time order, high quality, wrong size
I just ordered from this company for the first time and I gotta say, I was really impressed by how nice the garment I got was. The fabric was so good and the stitching was really well done.
