I figured the instructions might be a headache, but the diagram actually made setup pretty painless. I use it around the house every day, and it’s handled hot summer days and freezing mornings without acting up. For the price, it’s been solid.
Left waiting on the fridge issue
We bought this refrigerator after our old one died during a move. It started showing signs of low refrigerant almost right away, so I contacted them thinking it would be covered under warranty. The surprising part was how quickly communication just stopped. Now the technician can’t come until February 27, which is pretty frustrating.
Easy setup, off color
the rattan is way more orange and darker than the photos suggested. I bought it mainly to hide everyday clutter, and it does that well. Assembly was simple, thankfully. Still, I may leave the doors off because the wood looks better alone.
Good products, frustrating returns

Big comfy surprise

Not worth the hassle
don't bother — this AC stopped cooling after one season and the company basically ghosted us. No repair, no refund, no offer — just curt replies and then nothing. I filed a formal complaint with Amazon. Kinda maddening, felt like buying a lemon and being told to enjoy it. Heads up if anyone you know is thinking about this unit.

Dent in the middle of laundry day
we judge damage by a checklist, and you don’t qualify unless you smash the unit and send photos of the inside. That’s not a typo — they actually asked me to damage the appliance to prove it. I’d paid the $8.09 delivery insurance thinking that would avoid this nonsense, but it didn’t help with Seel’s process or attitude.
After filing multiple complaints with the seller (Costway), things finally moved. A supervisor named Ron handled the case and was the one who actually made it right — got the refund sorted after persistent follow-up. So the customer service from Costway, once escalated, was effective, just slow and required too much effort on my part. The washer itself, once I accepted the situation and patched up a few cosmetic issues, does the job: it cleans a week’s worth of clothes fine. It’s not pristine, there are flaws, and I didn’t get a smooth delivery experience.
Bottom line: product works for daily use, customer service can help if you push, delivery partner (Seel) was the main problem and created unnecessary hassle. If you order from them, try to avoid that carrier or be prepared to fight for a fair resolution.Cheap stuff
