Halfway through a soggy morning run I remember thinking these would fall apart — they looked a bit flimsy at first, honestly. But the grip felt great, the knit softened right where my foot needed it, and they didn’t rub even after a long day of errands and standing at my desk. A few surface scuffs popped up and I kept checking the seams, but they’ve been surprisingly resilient and comfy for everyday use. Glad I stuck with them.

Good ordering, awful returns
Wasn't expecting to write a complaint, but here we are. Sent back a defective item through their authorized returns and Royal Mail shows it was delivered to them on May 9. Since then... radio silence. I've filled out their customer service form five times — there's no phone number — and all I get is nothing, no acknowledgment, no refund. Ordering was straightforward and the price was fine, so it could have been easy, but the customer service and handling of returns is a mess. Other companies would at least reply. Not perfect, it still works sometimes, but I'm stuck waiting and out both item and cash.
Finally sorted, kind of
I first saw these on a friend's IG and ordered two pairs on a whim. I returned one — tracking said it arrived on Feb 25 — but I didn’t hear anything back, I kept asking, got bounced around with useless links, ugh. Then, kind of out of the blue, someone actually answered and processed the refund. That moment, when the money showed up in my account, I was relieved, really — surprised it ended that way. They even sent a small discount code after to apologize, which was nice. Won’t call it perfect, but it worked in the end.

Missing freebie, decent shoes
I laced these up for my morning runs before I even remembered the freebie drama. Bought two pairs because promo said "free item" so, yeah, I clicked. Shoes arrived, freebie didn't. CS told me freebies only apply to the site's country — huh? I told them (twice) that I had the promo in my cart and, last I checked, it's called the World Wide Web. They were happy to charge and ship shoes to the US but not the free gadget. Shoes themselves? Solid, comfy, broke in fast — actually pretty happy. So annoying experience with service, but the shoes do their job.
