build date email Wednesday morning, dispatch that afternoon, bike on my doorstep Thursday. Packed nicely, assembly was simple thanks to the emails and video links, though they did spam my inbox a bit. I'll use this for daily commutes and weekend training rides, and I'm glad it lived up to expectations.
Hidden clamp fuss
A box showed up earlier than I expected. The bike itself seems fine. The online assembly notes are annoyingly vague and try to cover several models at once, which is confusing. My model has a hidden seat clamp and there are zero diagrams for how that's supposed to go. I ended up fiddling and watching random videos. I've had clearer guides from other brands. I was skeptical at first, but fast delivery and a usable bike calmed me down.
