I first saw this on a friend's desk and thought, hey — nice. It actually feels solid in hand, weighty in a good way, soft-touch finish, good buttons — surprisingly pleasant. So I ordered online hoping for next-day delivery. That promise vanished. The account page and confirmation emails contradicted each other, and a promised callback never came. After wrestling through the phone menu I asked to cancel; they did, but said the refund would take five days to show up. Annoying service, but the product itself looked and felt better than I expected.
Good site, flaky delivery
I had explicitly picked Monday because someone had to be home, and instead it showed up Saturday five minutes before we were leaving. A PIN from DPD to confirm the drop would’ve helped too, but that never arrived. Overall: smooth ordering, messy delivery.
