The smartwatches I bought were cheap, but honestly, they just didn't stack up to other brands out there. Dealing with customer service was a major headache - it felt like pulling teeth trying to get any sort of assistance or answers. If you're after something that won't break the bank and you don't have high hopes, maybe give these smartwatches a shot. Otherwise, I'd steer clear.
Phone purchase with a live chat option
Man, this company is just terrible! I totally tried to use the live chat to talk to a real person, but it kept failing on me. And seriously, there isn't even a phone number you can call, that's really sketchy. Well, forget it, I'm canceling my order ASAP.
