Even though I was a bit frustrated and didn't understand what was going on at first, Raul jumped in and got everything fixed super quickly. Simple is seriously a game-changer when it comes to weight loss apps. I've tried a bunch of apps before that made me feel like I was constantly messing with every little detail of my meals, workouts, and health info. But Simple is like a big sigh of relief with how easy it is to use and straightforward approach. The tips and communication about health are actually interesting and enjoyable, and the visuals are pretty cool too. I'm finally making progress towards my weight loss goals all because of Simple.

This app is really helpful for keeping up with when I should fast and suggesting what to eat. The AI feedback is alright, but chatting with a actual person is way better. My main problem with this app is that it doesn't really dig into why I'm struggling to shed pounds, it just looks at the surface stuff.
