    Don't know how they do Mobile and iPad is most worried part of my life After any purchase of mobiles I feel ,this product is not so good as it should be ,this is my nature I take many days to finalise which one is best Any purchase more then five hundred dollars plus need some home work before booking
    Simple Mobile permanently removed my worries I could never find any seller who is selling iPhone or tabs less then this store So how good for me Latest one replaced my old iphone with Pacific Blue 12 Pro Most od the features are same old one memories and make is better then last iphone

    Quick and affordable phone service

    Man, I don't get why everyone is always whining. People these days have no chill. Yeah, every company has its problems, but that's just how it goes. I've been with this company for years and let me tell you, it's been awesome. The signal is always strong, the service is killer, and you can't beat the prices. What more can you want? I'm a satisfied customer, and I'll be sticking with them for the long run.

    Recent phone plan purchase

    I recently bought a phone plan and man, it was such a headache. The app was a mess, couldn't figure out how to make a payment anywhere. Like, there were buttons for everything except the one I needed! When I called customer service, it sounded like they were in a barn or something, roosters crowing in the background and all. The person I talked to couldn't even figure out how to take my payment but kept asking for my card details. No way, dude. The whole situation was a disaster, Simple Mobile really dropped the ball on this one.

    Family plan with three lines

    The customer service used to be okay at first, but things went downhill over the past two years. I found myself reaching out to the customer service team at least twice a month for a year and a half. One time, it was to get our family plan line reconnected, which kept getting disconnected every month. The other time was to fix billing problems where they were charging us too much. It was like a never-ending cycle, and on the last go-around, they didn't even refund my money, so I had to get my bank involved. I was just so done with the terrible service, so I switched over to Helium Mobile, a competitor that not only gives me amazing service but also pays me $80 per month for each line.

    Long-time customer

    I've been a customer for a long time, but ever since the company got bought out by another big corporation, the service has gone way downhill. The customer support is just terrible, and it's so hard to actually talk to a real person for help. I would strongly recommend not using this service for your phone needs, because chances are you'll end up regretting it. The bad reviews online are a pretty clear sign that this company doesn't really care about its customers.

    Cell phone plan

    I just bought a phone plan from this company, and honestly, I was so let down by the customer service. They overcharged me by $50 and then when I reached out to fix it, they wouldn't assist me because I couldn't verify an account that I never even had. It was super annoying and so unprofessional. I had higher expectations for a company in this line of work.

    Mobile phone plan

    I recently got a new cell phone plan from this company, and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with how things have been going. The customer service folks seem to have a hard time understanding English, and it's been a real challenge to get my point across. On top of that, they promised my order would arrive in 1-3 business days, but it's been a whole week and I haven't even gotten a shipping update. Every time I call customer service, it's just a headache - they can't seem to get their story straight and they're not very helpful. I tried reaching out to the warehouse about my order, but they're not even taking calls. Honestly, I'm really let down by the way they've been handling things.

    Phone activation frustration

    The activation process for my new phone was such a nightmare. I mean, I spent over three hours trying to get it all set up, just to run into a bunch of issues. Like, the device wouldn't connect to the internet, and when I tried to activate it, I got this error message saying my phone number was gonna be pending for days in the future. It's just not cool, especially because I needed to get that phone working ASAP since my kid was gonna be home alone.

    Billing issue with ACP Life Line program

    Simple Mobile's customer service and billing system is a total mess. I signed up for the Free ACP Affordability Life Line program, but I keep getting charged for it. It's supposed to be free, but they keep billing me. Dealing with this problem over and over again is really annoying.

    Recent plan switch

    I just changed up my plan with this company, and honestly it was a total letdown. The customer service rep I talked to, this guy Romene with badge number 510440, was really not up to par. When I asked to chat with a supervisor about getting a refund for a plan I never used (and got switched to by mistake), they straight up said no. So now I'm stuck paying for two plans, when I never even had the chance to use one of them.

    Smartphone and service plan

    My experience with the customer service at this company was incredibly disappointing. The staff just didn't seem to know how to help me with the technical issues I was having with my smartphone and service plan. It was really frustrating trying to explain the problems I was having, only to be met with confusion and no real solutions. On top of that, some of the customer service reps didn't speak my language well which made it even harder to get my concerns across. All in all, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone who wants good customer service.

    Deactivation issue

    I had a real bad time when my phone got shut off and I didn't even know about it. The customer service folks weren't much help in getting it fixed. I've been with them for 6 years, but nobody wanted to help me out and get my phone back on because of some code problem I didn't even know existed. It was really annoying and disappointing to be left high and dry without a working phone after all those years of being a loyal customer. I'd suggest checking out other options for service and support.

    Phone service terrible

    I bought my phone here and it's seriously the worst. The service sucks, customer service is terrible, and their rewards program is a total scam. I'm never shopping here again.
