The communication was great from the beginning to the end. The app gave us all the info we needed about the property, so we didn't have to make a bunch of extra phone calls or get confused. Any small problems that came up were taken care of right away, making the rental process super easy. The property looked just like it did in the pictures and was in a great spot close to transportation options.
My apartment rental experience
My experience renting the apartment was okay, but there were some things that bothered me. The management team was pretty good at responding to me, but there were some maintenance problems they didn't fix before I moved in. The bathroom sink was always clogged, and I could never take a long shower because the hot water ran out fast. Plus, the neighbors above me were loud, especially their kids.
