I just happened to come across this website randomly and was really happy to find some awesome deals. The prices for airline tickets were way cheaper than anywhere else I had looked. I was a little worried about the refund policy though. It said that if the airline didn't accept my purchase, I would only get a credit instead of a refund. But in the end, everything turned out okay.
Flight ticket purchase
I bought a flight ticket from this service not too long ago and for the most part, it was a decent experience. However, when I had a question about a tax charge that was taken out and then put back in my account on the same day, I tried calling customer service five times but couldn't get through. Every time I was put on hold, there was no music or messages to let me know I was still waiting, just awkward silence that made me think I had been disconnected. So, I ended up giving up on trying to talk to someone for help.
