I have been a client of Radical Storage for over a year now and I have been thoroughly impressed with their service. Their website is user-friendly and makes it easy to manage my storage unit. I have also been very pleased with their customer service. Whenever I have had a question or concern, their support team has been quick to respond and always helpful.

The storage service was super handy and easy to use. I was happy that I could safely keep my stuff at this place without any problems. Plus, it's pretty cool that this storage place is also a bar/lounge and restaurant, kinda different but it didn't get in the way of me getting my things. One thing to keep in mind is that the storage fee might be in a different currency than you thought, so your bill could end up being higher. Overall, it was a good experience with just a small thing you gotta be careful about.
Quick and convenient storage solution
The booking process went really smoothly and the customer service was top-notch. The pricing seemed fair for all the convenience we got. It took us a bit to find the storage spot, but once we did, it was super close to the station. It was a huge relief to be able to store our bags and not have to drag them around all day in London. The storage service I used was pretty good - it was easy and cheap for leaving my stuff for the day. But when I went to pick up my stuff, there were some problems - the staff didn't know how much longer I could leave my stuff there, and they couldn't speak English. I had to get help from someone who spoke Italian to figure everything out.
