Sorry Student Universe You disappointed in terms of after sales services What cost I paid for tickets and what airlines preferred this is not concern ,I have not issue till the landing at destination
If anyone can pay ten dollars one or two more or less doesn't make any difference that much but this may be concerned for not only me rather to many if feel isolated and no such toll free number or helpline provided

At first, I was a little unsure about buying my ticket from this company cause I saw some bad reviews. But, I took a risk and booked a nonstop flight from Charlotte to Rome a month ahead of time. I ended up finding a really great deal on their website, way cheaper than other flights I looked at. I was a little nervous, but I went for it and bought the ticket. The next day, I got my ticket and decided to call the airline to make sure everything was legit. Luckily, everything was smooth sailing with no problems. No tricks or hidden fees - just a simple and easy process. I am one happy traveler, that's for sure!
Flight Change
I had to call a bunch of times to switch my flights and the folks I talked to were a mixed bag. The first guy, Luke, was super awesome and did everything he could to help me out. But then I called back and didn't get Luke, the next person wasn't too great at finding me a good deal. Luckily, on my third try, I got Kyle on the line and he was fantastic, just like Luke, going above and beyond to assist me. Big thanks to the team for being so understanding and caring about my situation, and for giving me excellent service.

The prices were good and booking was a breeze, super quick and easy. I got my flight booked without any issues, which was a big weight off my shoulders since I was in a hurry. My experience with the customer service rep in the USA was awesome. They were super quick to respond even though they were all the way in Egypt and they gave me the help I needed. And even when the call got cut off, they were the ones to call me back. Booking my trip was easy, especially since I'm new to all this travel stuff. All in all, it was a great first time. Cheap prices, easy to use website, fast confirmation of student position
I just wanted to get some cheap tickets, and that's exactly what I ended up with! The website was so easy to navigate, and they quickly confirmed my student status. But one thing that really bugged me is they don't mention that you can save more money by booking connecting flights instead of direct ones.
Easy discounted flight booking
StudentUniverse is awesome for booking flights at discounted prices. But honestly, I was a little wary about giving them my card info for security purposes. It would be nice to have other ways to confirm my details without risking security.
