Great services
Most reliable company where I do trust most Everything can't go in favor of tourist so here is similar logic As far as security,cleaning and services are concerned that is out of discussion Absolutely looks professional teamwork to satisfy customers
Last time I was in ARIA Resorts one of the best place to stay Luxurious set ups ,great hospitality and all types of food from world Selection of hotels is very important My budget allowed me to choose this one else some other hotels are also available for visitors At one point customer can worry little bit That is cost factor Slightly at higher side and that they deserveDissatisfied with hidden fees
I wasn't happy about the extra fees that were hidden when I made my purchase. But when I left a review expressing my frustration, I got an email that actually addressed my concerns. The company not only recognized my feedback, but they also gave me a refund for some of those extra charges. It was a surprise, but it really showed me that they care about their customers and want to make things right. You don't see this kind of customer service very often, so I'm grateful. I'll definitely be telling my friends and family about this company.
Discount tickets for the Comedy Cellar
I recently came across some discounted tickets for the Comedy Cellar and I gotta say, the show was amazing! I was having a hard time finding a good show in Vegas that I really wanted to see, but these tickets were a game-changer. The show was so funny, the comedians were really talented, and it totally exceeded my expectations. The venue had a cozy vibe that just added to the whole experience. It was a great night!
Cancellation of shows and tour
We had to cancel our trip to Las Vegas last minute because of a family emergency. We had tickets to two shows and a tour that we booked through the website. We didn't think we'd get a full refund, but the person we talked to really went out of their way to make sure we got all our money back. We were so surprised and thankful for her help, especially during such a tough time for our family.
Wrong date show booking
Oh my gosh, I can't believe I screwed up my show booking and chose the wrong date. But the people at this place were amazing and fixed it for me right away. They canceled the wrong show and got me the right one really quickly. I will definitely be using this service again for sure!
Ticket prices
I just bought tickets for a show at this venue and I was seriously impressed with how cheap they were. Way better than other sites like Ticketmaster. I liked that the prices were super clear and there weren't any surprises or extra fees when I went to pay. Although, I thought the processing fees were a little steep, but I guess that's just how it goes with ticket sites.
Hotel booking
I really enjoy this website for booking my hotels because they always have awesome choices at good prices. The last time I booked, I was looking to stay at Mandalay Bay for two nights, but the website was only showing one available. I was pretty confused and couldn't figure out why they would offer something that didn't match what I was looking for.
Trip planning assistance
I just worked with this amazing travel agent to plan my Vegas trip and it was such a great experience. She helped me book all my shows and activities, and she was so patient and understanding throughout the whole process. I can't thank her enough for the fantastic service. I'll definitely be telling all my friends about her and the company.
Ticket purchase with friends
My friends and I were on the hunt for tickets and we stumbled upon some that caught our eye. Luckily, all three of us were able to hop online at once and score our tickets in no time. I gotta say, I really liked being able to pick a price range and browse around to snag the seats we wanted. The whole shebang was super easy and seamless.
Search ZIP Code
The site is great, really easy to use. I just wish it would've been more clear that I needed to enter a ZIP code for where I was staying in Vegas instead of my Ireland one. It would've saved me some time.
Trouble with reservation payment
I attempted to pay for my reservation at Planet Hollywood, but their system is terrible. I was on hold for what felt like an eternity, and the payment would not process. Pearl attempted to assist me, but it was unsuccessful. Now I am anxious, waiting for them to give me a call back to get my payment information over the phone. I am not even sure if my reservation went through! I made numerous attempts to input my credit card information, but the system would not take it. It's so aggravating!
