Terrible company. They said the product was delivered and then they said it was undeliverable due an incomplete address. They also sent updates that partial shipment was made. This all appears to be a scam with no intention of delivery the product I paid for!

DO NOT buy from ALI Express, 6 weeks since I placed order, never received any items. Invalid tracking ..., will not give name of carrier. Nothing but bot replies when I contact. Will not give refund, Will claim items delivered, no proof. Also, they show low price, but price greatly increase if you purchase more than one of item. Can not say enough bad about this fraud laden company.
Almost skipped, glad I didn't
I almost didn't order because the site seemed sketchy, but I needed a cheap replacement for my home-office headset. Shipping was quick, the headset works every day, and I'm pretty relieved and glad now.
