I got my money back, but I would not order from them again. I needed the watch to help track my activity while dealing with some back pain, so the missing delivery was more than a minor annoyance. Evri marked the parcel delivered, even though nothing showed up here. I shared the case number and proof with Kospet, then spent weeks sending emails, probably around 18 in total. At one point I was asked to close my PayPal case before a refund could happen, which made me uneasy. After that went nowhere, I contacted my card company. The refund finally arrived, but the whole process felt exhausting and poorly handled.
Great watch, wrong phone match
I was planning to use this watch for quick work alerts, step tracking, and checking messages without pulling out my phone every five minutes. It looks good and the feature list sounded like a solid fit for my routine. Delivery was on time, no issues there. After setting it up, though, a few functions just wouldn’t work with my Samsung Z Flip 3. Getting a response from support took longer than I expected, which was frustrating. Once they replied, they were helpful and walked me through the issue. Turns out the current software doesn’t support my phone. They offered a full refund, so I appreciate that. I’d definitely check compatibility before ordering.
Strange GPS behavior on T3 Ultra 2
if you start tracking from the watch the recorded path can be off by more than two kilometers. Start the same activity from the phone app and the track is fine. I’ve contacted support and I’m waiting. Battery life and syncing seem fine, so yeah, glad there’s a phone workaround but it’s annoying for normal outdoor use.
Rough-and-ready companion
it's a bit heavy on long runs and the interface takes a minute. Still, glad I bought it — would tell a friend to try it, at least.
Step tracking failed, but some things surprised me
I couldn't rely on it as a step tracker, even though a few other bits were okay. I started using it right after unboxing and at first I liked it — solid build, bright screen, battery actually lasted longer than I expected. Problem showed up within days: daily steps looked fine, but the weekly totals would suddenly drop on certain days. I sent them the data, they agreed it was a software bug and said they'd fix it. After months and a bunch of messages, nothing changed. I asked for a refund; they first pushed a partial offer, but eventually gave me a full refund. I'm glad to have my money back, but it left me wondering about other readings and about how honest the support felt.
pretty solid, with a couple of quirks
legitimately impressive. With heavy use I’m getting around three days before I hunt for a charger, which, having owned a handful of other smartwatches that die after a day, feels like a small miracle. The screen is bright and crisp, the case feels solid, and the variety of free watch faces in the app is actually fun to scroll through (too many choices is a real problem, apparently). The onboard apps are straightforward and usable — none of that over-designed nonsense.
Small watch, steady results
light, not flashy, smaller size that actually sits right on my wrist. Set it up that night and tested a workout next morning. I knew I was satisfied after a week — sleep tracking matched how I felt and the workout summaries were consistent. The Apex Move app is surprisingly clean and useful (and free), which helped. I wear it most days now. It tracks steps, sleep and workouts fine. It's compatible with different straps, so I swapped bands without fuss. Only real downside is no tie-in with Google Health Connect, which I use for my smart scale. That would make it perfect. Still, for the price it's hard to beat. A solid, practical pick.
