I couldn't rely on it as a step tracker, even though a few other bits were okay. I started using it right after unboxing and at first I liked it — solid build, bright screen, battery actually lasted longer than I expected. Problem showed up within days: daily steps looked fine, but the weekly totals would suddenly drop on certain days. I sent them the data, they agreed it was a software bug and said they'd fix it. After months and a bunch of messages, nothing changed. I asked for a refund; they first pushed a partial offer, but eventually gave me a full refund. I'm glad to have my money back, but it left me wondering about other readings and about how honest the support felt.
pretty solid, with a couple of quirks
legitimately impressive. With heavy use I’m getting around three days before I hunt for a charger, which, having owned a handful of other smartwatches that die after a day, feels like a small miracle. The screen is bright and crisp, the case feels solid, and the variety of free watch faces in the app is actually fun to scroll through (too many choices is a real problem, apparently). The onboard apps are straightforward and usable — none of that over-designed nonsense.
Small watch, steady results
light, not flashy, smaller size that actually sits right on my wrist. Set it up that night and tested a workout next morning. I knew I was satisfied after a week — sleep tracking matched how I felt and the workout summaries were consistent. The Apex Move app is surprisingly clean and useful (and free), which helped. I wear it most days now. It tracks steps, sleep and workouts fine. It's compatible with different straps, so I swapped bands without fuss. Only real downside is no tie-in with Google Health Connect, which I use for my smart scale. That would make it perfect. Still, for the price it's hard to beat. A solid, practical pick.
