I was excited — needed a sturdy, decent-looking head cover for chemo days in the yard, and the hat looked right online. Thing is, the ordering and shipping part turned into a headache. I was told it would arrive by Feb 17; when that date passed I checked and the window had shifted to the 17th–28th. That change after I ordered felt sneaky. They also charged my card the same day (most US-based sellers I deal with wait until shipping). I buy a lot of stuff that ships from overseas but usually from US distribution centers; this was different and I wish that had been clear up front. Customer service responses were slow and a bit vague, not terrible but not reassuring. The hat itself seems fine in the photos and I’m hopeful it’ll work, but the delivery handling left me wary.
Mixed results on cheap swim trunks
I first spotted these trunks on Instagram after a buddy shared the link, and I hesitated because the price looked a little too good to be true. I ordered three pairs based on the size chart. One pair fits perfectly and the fabric is fine, the other two are noticeably too small. I emailed support asking for an exchange and they offered a 10% refund in store points. When I asked again they wanted photos with the trunks laid flat and exact measurements so they could "review" the request. For inexpensive shorts I'm not jumping through those hoops. My pre-purchase worries about inconsistent sizing were justified. Keeping the one that works, but probably won't buy again.
