don't count on support. I needed the right unit because my lower back flared up after a move, so getting the correct model was actually important. I ordered, realized it was the wrong one, and asked to return and swap — three weeks of silence. I tried a second email address and suddenly got an acknowledgement, which was odd and honestly surprising, but after a promise to "get right on it" another week passed with nothing. The item itself was fine and arrived on time, but the communication was useless. I waited, followed up, waited again — not reliable.
Wasn't sure until the refund showed up
cancel. I agreed, saw tracking say the sender cancelled, then got another tracking number and… silence for a bit. I was skeptical, on edge, and kept comparing this to other sellers where at least someone answers fast. The turning point came when someone finally replied, processed a refund for the extra shipping, and confirmed a new ship date. The chairs showed up about a week late and yeah the communication was clumsy, but the refund hit and the order arrived intact. Not flawless, not something I’d rave about, but that refund-and-arrival moment is when I stopped thinking it was a total loss.
