I was skeptical, on edge, and kept comparing this to other sellers where at least someone answers fast. The turning point came when someone finally replied, processed a refund for the extra shipping, and confirmed a new ship date. The chairs showed up about a week late and yeah the communication was clumsy, but the refund hit and the order arrived intact. Not flawless, not something I’d rave about, but that refund-and-arrival moment is when I stopped thinking it was a total loss.
