auto-reply emails, chatbots that looped, nada. But after a week of back-and-forth (and yes, a few annoyed messages), a real person finally called. They refunded me and overnighted a replacement with upgraded tracking. The moment I felt okay? When the new box arrived with a small handwritten sticky note — totally unexpected — and everything inside was right. So yeah, lesson learned.
Screen-hogging ads
Started as a stupid little sign-up and now their ads are basically part of my desktop. don't expect easy returns. Mistake in order - 2 different sizes purchased by accident
