First thing I noticed was how soft the leather felt — really nicer than I expected, and they looked great on. The box came beat up and they sent the wrong size, so I messaged them. The return address was a house in Jamaica, NY and the slip just said "Kent" with no last name — odd. I sent them anyway and then radio silence after four emails. If they fit you, these are solid shoes; just be ready that returns and follow-up aren't reliable compared to other places I've used.
