16 year scotch
took them 2 weeks to ship my order, may have been because I complained after reading these rather scary reviews, the order showed up two days later, so they did get it to me in about 3 weeks or so from order. When I complained the communication was prompt in their replies. Good price you just need to expect it to take awhile.
Oak & Eden
I purchased 2 bottles of Oak & Eden, took about 8 days and received only 1 bottle. Sent Mash&Grape an email and they just tell me its shipped by a third party but will try to look into tracing the missing bottle that I already paid for. Never again!!
Multiple Barrell Craft Spirits bourbons
They have a decent selection though usually higher than similar sites. I like Barrell bourbons and they are the sales site associated with them.
Their turn around time is abysmal and every time I have had to write multiple emails to finally get my bottles.
One order (granted during the holidays) took over a month and the latest order has already passed the 2 week mark without results.
Buy if you want something no one else has and can wait forever but otherwise shop around as their price will almost always be beaten on the less "rare" stuff.Gift subscription
Positive- nice presentation, nice concept, innovative gift
Negative - no follow through, cannot speak to anyone, still have not received product in over a month and no response to emails. Looks like I may have spent quite a bit of money on a hoax.3 month bourbon subscription
Ordered as a present for my father nearly 2 weeks before Christmas - called 2 x and left three emails and no tracking information aside from the original order info. But absolutely no response of any kind. Horrid service. Waste of money and very disappointing., Will report them to the Better Business Bureau and the NY State officials as this is fraud. Wish there was a no star option for this review site.
Scotch of the month
I have very good luck with this company up until my last shipment. they showed that it shipped on December 5th and that was a month ago and we haven't received our shipment. I have sent several emails and have not gotten a response. I am very upset about this, as I have already paid for this and cannot get a response. I will not be buying another membership as I do not do business with companies that don't stand behind their customer service.
Ragtime Rye Applejack Barrel Finish
Placed my order 12/10/20 and 12/22/20 it still has not shipped. Have emailed customer service twice. First reply was order is processing, which I could already see on their website. Second reply has not been received. I have requested a refund twice because this was a Christmas gift I obviously won't have in time for the holiday however customer service has not acknowledged my request. My advice, DO NOT PURCHASE from this so-called company. It is more likely a scam and I will be contacting my bank today to ask for reversal of the charges.

Ordering and delivery was easy and prompt.
Price was in line with retail stores. The downside is that if you have an issue or question with delivery or your order customer service is non-existent and non-responsive. Left numerous emails and voicemails and no response.Gift subscription
