Postmates: A So-So Experience January 12, 2023

I've been using Postmates for a few months now and overall, my experience has been pretty decent. The app is easy to navigate and the ordering process is straightforward. I appreciate that they have a wide variety of restaurants to choose from.
Delivery times have been mostly on point, but there have been a few instances where it's taken longer than expected. I also had one order that got completely messed up, but customer service was able to resolve the issue quickly.
One downside is that the delivery fee can add up, especially if you're ordering from multiple places. But I guess that's to be expected with any food delivery service.
All in all, Postmates gets the job done. It's a convenient option for when I don't feel like cooking or leaving the house to grab food. However, I think they could improve on their delivery time accuracy and offer more deals or discounts.
