Game without discount due to order mishap
I recently bought a game on this platform, but ran into a problem with the PayPal order process that caused me to miss out on the discount I was expecting. I didn't see that coming and it was pretty disappointing. But, I decided to reach out to customer support and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and helpful they were. They promised to refund the 10% discount I missed, and they followed through. I really appreciate how well the support team handled this issue. They turned what could have been a bad experience into a good one, and I'm thankful for that.
Game download
I'm pretty satisfied with the game download I got from this site, but there were a couple things that bugged me. First off, I couldn't use my favorite browser (Brave) since I wasn't able to accept cookies to get going. Like, really? And for some reason, my usual email domain wasn't working either, which was a real disappointment. It was alright overall, but those little frustrations stopped me from giving it a perfect score. Keep up the good work, though.
digital purchase, login issue, fake address
I ordered this game online, right? It went smooth, thank goodness I didn't have to go out. But when I tried to log in on Steam, it just didn't work! I mean, come on, why even have that option if it's not going to work? They even asked for my address, but seriously, what's the point? I just ended up giving them some fake info anyway.
Preorder key availability
I just bought a preordered key and was happy to see it was available right when the game came out. At first, I was worried because I couldn't find the key in the right spot on the website. But when I checked back later, there it was in the interface. The platform accepted the key right away, so I could start playing the game without any problems.
Late delivery, unresponsive support
I recently bought something from this website and I was pretty bummed when my order didn't show up on time. And to top it off, I tried getting in touch with customer service for assistance and got no response. On top of all that, I saw that people were talking about these problems in the Discord chat and those messages were getting deleted, which was super annoying.
Pre-order game delayed delivery
Even though the pre-order game came out 4 hours ago, nobody got their game codes yet. And on top of that, the admins on the platform's Discord server are MIA, not responding to messages and disappearing when we need help. But gotta give credit where it's due - when I reached out to customer service for a refund, they were quick to reply within a day and sorted it out without any problems. All in all, not a great experience with the game being late and admins ghosting us.
Game key purchase
Man, I was really frustrated when I bought that game key and it didn't show up on release day! The Support Team ended up explaining the delay and I realized it wasn't totally their fault. So, I'll think about giving them another shot. But man, waiting for that key had me so annoyed.

I have subscription of UPlay plus and approx fifteen dollars pay monthly Huge number of games available here Almost all best games included in subscription .If anyone love playing online games ,this platform is best one.
