I recently bought some Vapetasia stuff from this online store and I gotta say, I was really impressed. The prices were so good - $6.99 each for 100ml freebase bottles and 30ml salt bottles, can't beat that! Compared to my local vape shops, this was way cheaper, so no need for me to go back there anytime soon. The ordering process was easy peasy and my order arrived super quick, much faster than an order I placed with another online store that took forever to arrive. All in all, I'm really happy with my shopping experience at this store and I'll definitely be coming back for more stuff in the future.
Vape juice purchase
I had a really great time shopping at EcigMafia. They had a ton of vape juices to choose from and the prices were easy to understand. Ordering was a breeze and my package came quickly. Everything was in perfect condition, like it was brand new. I liked that I could choose not to sign for the delivery, it made things easier for me.

Quick shipping & great prices
I've been shopping on this site for about four years, and let me tell you, they seriously have the best prices around. And to top it off, their shipping is super quick, which is always a plus. The customer service is amazing - they're friendly, attentive, and quick to help with any question or problem. I've had very few issues over the years, but when I have, they always go above and beyond to make things right. I really appreciate how they go that extra mile for their customers, which is why I keep coming back to them week after week.
Disposable vape purchase
I was sick of shelling out too much cash on disposable vapes from my local guy, so I took a chance on this company thanks to some good feedback on Reddit. I ended up ordering 8 disposables and was super happy with how quickly they arrived and how legit and functional they were. EcigMafia definitely won me over as a new customer for the long haul.
Disposable Vapes
Placed a order. Ecigmafia said they shipped my +$100 order. I waited a few days and noticed that USPS said they never received it. Went back and forth over email with support for a week. They made me wait 8 days before they would reship anything. Finally they shipped it and I got it 16 days later. Never received any compensation or discount for the waste of my time or for the rude and slow support. Will never purchase here again. Order ...164414
"In this case, we usually wait for 8 days from the day of shipping and in between if no movement shows in tracking then we issue a refund or we can resend the package"

I have ordered from here a few times now. I have gotten a couple of vapes that were "duds" but they made it right. Overall, I've been EXTREMELY pleased with the service, the products, the fast shipping and most of all the prices. Local vape shops really hit you over the head. When you can catch a BOGO sale on their disposables, it is an incredible deal. And I don't think they just add garbage vapes to the sale, I've been very happy with my BOGO purchases. The ONLY thing I wish that could be made more clear, and not just by ecigmafia, but by all sellers and manufacturers, is whether or not the disposables have that icy/menthol flavor to them. I do NOT like the menthol/ice/cool feeling and I try to order flavors that seem like they would not be yet 9 times out of 10, they still are. I wish there was a section on the website that was specifically for disposables WITHOUT the icy hit. Maybe it's not a problem for enough people to warrant it but it drives me crazy. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Completely incompetent. Prices were right but then they canceled my order without so much as a notification. I found out by wondering where my order was and checking in on it. When I emailed, they were unwilling to work with me at all to get it reordered. I will never order from them again and advise no one else does either. I can't say they were rude but definitely impossible to work with.
Ejuices and Kits
I have ordered more than 20-25 times. I never had the issue and it has fast shipping and lowest ejuice prices. If I had any issue with any product i reported back to them within 72 hour and got my replacement or the product for the same. I don;t know why people says they are scam, it never felt to me as everytime it went smooth.
Hype Max Flow
EcigMafia is a SCAMMM DONT SPEND! Worthless waste of time, money and energy. Products arrive never and customer service is clearly working for a pay check and doesn’t really care. Half off prices aren’t worth the stress of trying to locate a package or the $160 dollars that I’ll probably never see again. I see these reviews about nice customer experience must be a different shift because these night crew members could give a ... less. McDonalds ice cream maker is more attentive than the email or chat reps. that machine never works. I wish I could upload a photo but nothing to show. No money or vapes
Kanger coils
Ordered Kanger coils a month ago, had an issue with the order. Have tried contacting them numerous times (called / left voice messages, send messages, requested RMA, etc.). I haven't got a single response in a month to anything. Non existent customer service. AVOID.
Disposable vapes
Found some really good deals on this website but can't actually review the products. Paid $16 for same day shipping and still waiting for my package over a week later.
Biggest complaint is they won't answer my phone calls and still haven't called me back after I left 2 separate voicemails expressing my concernOne Ageis Mini and E liquid

So I read a lot of reviews before ordering from ECIGMAFIA and I must say that the reviews boasting about customer service, price and shipping & delivery are all true. They have great customer service, some of the best prices around and their shipping & delivery was super fast so sure, I'm now a huge customer fan of ECIGMAFIA and my shopping money will be traveling to them.
