Midway through smile-straightening treatment
Hey everyone! Guess what, I'm right in the middle of fixing up my smile with Smilelove and just had to tell you all about it. Back in the day, I had braces but then I lost my retainer and my teeth got all messed up again. It was not a good look, trust me. But then I gave Smilelove a shot and wow, what a difference it's made! My smile is looking way better now and I'm feeling so much more sure of myself. Plus, the aligners are affordable, top-notch quality, and fit perfectly, which is a huge bonus. Oh, and don't forget to use those discount codes if you're in Canada or the U.S. - it'll save you some extra dough! Huge shoutout to Smilelove for giving me my smile and confidence back. 😁

This is very unfortunate that one of the finest and affordable teeth care centre is not existing these days since covid time starts and company initially shut down operation They didn't left message on web site either currently they are not taking orders of customers

I wished to contact them due some guidelines as they had completed this wonderful job and don't want to change company this time I have also sent an email to company to confirm their further possibilities of start operation.Lost money, no product received
I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered something from them and it never came. I tried reaching out to them a few times, but never heard back. Turns out they shut down without telling anyone, and now I'm out all the money I spent. It's messed up that they didn't keep in touch with their customers or refund their money.
Aligners purchase
Man, I was really looking forward to my Smilelove aligners fixing up my slightly crooked teeth, but instead of perfect pearly whites, I only saw a small improvement. And to top it off, the aligners actually made my teeth chip! Two of them ended up getting damaged, and one chip was so noticeable. I tried contacting the company, but their response was seriously disappointing. They tried to blame me for the damage, saying it was because of my saliva and brushing routine, which makes no sense. I take good care of my teeth and never had issues before. Plus, since I used affirm to pay for the aligners, Smilelove said they couldn't do anything since they already got the money. This whole ordeal has me feeling angry and kicking myself for ever giving them my business.
Invisalign-style clear aligners
I just got myself some clear aligners from this company that are like Invisalign, and man, it was a total nightmare. I had to keep pestering them for my refund since February. It was so frustrating and took up a lot of my time. Luckily, I used Affirm to make my payment, and they were able to step in and help me get my money back after waiting for months.
Custom clear aligners
I just got some custom clear aligners from this company, and man, I gotta say, their customer service was a huge letdown. Everything started off real smooth and easy when I was placing my order, got quick replies to all my questions. But as soon as I had problems with the aligners fitting right, it all went downhill. I tried reaching out several times about the fit, but all I got back were these automated responses asking for pictures. Even after I sent the pics, I didn't get any real help or fixes for the problem. The lack of personal attention and the slow responses left me feeling pretty annoyed and disappointed with how everything went down.
Invisalign aligners
My experience with Invisalign aligners was a total nightmare. They messed up my bite completely, and when I tried to contact customer service for assistance, it was impossible to get ahold of them. I would recommend to anyone thinking about using this product to stay away and go see an orthodontist instead. You really do get what you pay for.
Difficult contact with customer support
It's so frustrating trying to reach customer support because the phone number isn't even on the website. I'm having problems with my purchase and it's like pulling teeth to get a quick response from the customer support team. It's really disappointing to deal with all this hassle when you're just trying to get help for something important.
Invisalign purchase
I was really let down by how my Invisalign treatment turned out from this company. The end result wasn't what I was hoping for, and I wish I never spent the money on it in the first place. After I finished the program, I contacted them with my concerns and sent over pictures of my teeth after the treatment, but they just said everything was fine. Then they asked me to fork over an extra $400 for "refinements." It seemed like a rip-off to me, considering I already paid for the original treatment expecting to get straighter teeth.
