Midway through smile-straightening treatment
Hey everyone! Guess what, I'm right in the middle of fixing up my smile with Smilelove and just had to tell you all about it. I bought a mower kit from Best Buy not too long ago, and to my dismay, it was missing a crucial part - the charger and battery were AWOL. I got in touch with customer service for help, only to be told that they couldn't do anything since it was past the return window. I had just opened the package and hadn't even used the darn thing, but I was stuck with a useless product. The way they handled this situation is just not right, and I wouldn't advise anyone to shop at Best Buy if they care about getting good customer service and quality products.

Troublesome uninstallation process
I've been having a nightmare trying to uninstall this software from my computer. Every time I try to reach out to customer service, I either get put on hold forever or they just hang up on me. I keep getting bombarded with pop-ups saying my service is over, and I can't figure out how to get rid of this annoying software. It's so frustrating, it feels like they're crossing the line into something illegal.
