I recently bought an earphone in low cost which I compared to other places, like all those top e-commerce websites,. I got here 45% cheaper, that is insane.
Somethings are not that cheap but pretty cheap compartively, so you get the best deal, for sure.

I just bought a phone and a smart watch from this store. I picked the Aramex express shipping to get them fast, but they ended up sending them via registered Air mail instead. I got an email about it and I'm pretty disappointed. I paid extra for express shipping for a reason, and this just feels like a waste of money.
Camera purchase
The camera I bought from this site was total garbage. When it showed up, it was messed up and didn't even work right. I showed the seller all the proof, but they still wouldn't give me my money back. I had to go to PayPal and make a big fuss just to get a chance at a refund, and even then, I had to pay a lot for shipping it back to China. Long story short, I got ripped off on this deal.
Lost item refund claim
I had a really bad time with TinyDeal's customer service when I was trying to get a refund for an item that got lost. The tracking info for my package disappeared after the last scan at Australia Post in Chullora. I contacted Australia Post, and they told me that only TinyDeal could ask for a refund on my behalf. Even after sending six emails to TinyDeal's customer service, I didn't get any response at all. It's not cool for any company to treat their customers like that. It feels like they just don't care once they've got your money.
My order never arrived!
I ordered something and it never showed up! I tried tracking it, but it never got delivered. I reached out to TinyDeal for assistance, but they were no help. Thankfully, I filed a dispute with Paypal, and they helped me get my money back. I definitely won't be purchasing from TinyDeal in the future!
Cell phone purchase
I bought a cell phone from this website and man, let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. I handed over the cash up front and was told I'd have to twiddle my thumbs for a whole month waiting for it to show up. I wasn't overjoyed about that but went with it. Then, after waiting a month and then some, I get an email saying they ran out because everyone and their grandma wanted one. Seriously? Not cool, not professional. And to add insult to injury, I also had an order for a mobile charger and a smartwatch that got the same "out of stock" treatment. Dealing with a company that can't keep their word and still charges you for stuff they don't even have is beyond irritating.
Large purchase issue
I just wanna vent about this company, y'know? So, I decided to make a big purchase from them not too long ago and guess what? The stuff never got delivered. I've been trying to get in touch with them about it, but no luck. I've sent multiple messages and heard crickets in response. It's annoying 'cause I've ordered smaller things from them in the past and everything was smooth sailing. Now I'm left wondering if they're shady or just super disorganized. They need to step up their game 'cause this kind of service ain't cool. I'd tell people to steer clear of buying from them based on my experience.
Smart watch phone purchase
The smartwatch phone I bought wasn't what I expected at all. It was a huge letdown and my review got taken down before it could even go up. Even though they said customer service would reach out to me, I haven't heard a peep from them.
Oukitel K6000 Plus purchase
Man, let me tell you about the nightmare I'm going through with this Oukitel K6000 Plus order. I placed it way back on April 19th and after what seemed like forever, it finally made its way to me here in Romania. You know what's crazy? They didn't even bother sending me a picture of my package with the label. I mean, come on! I patiently waited for 10 days for them to actually have the item, but turns out it wasn't even in their warehouses. Fast forward to July 3rd, over 2 months later, and I'm still waiting! The tracking number they gave me is a complete joke - absolutely useless. At this point, I'm starting to think this whole situation is just some big joke.
Defective purchase
I bought a fitness band from this company and it came broken. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service to get it sorted out, but I haven't gotten a good answer yet. It's really disappointing to get something that doesn't work right and not have any help from the company to fix it. I'm annoyed and it seems like TinyDeal is ignoring my concerns. They need to fix this and give me a solution right away.
Non-delivered orders
This website is a total ripoff! I ordered something and it never showed up. When I asked for my money back, they wanted me to provide proof from the post office that I couldn't get. The tracking info clearly said my stuff never got where it was supposed to. It's really disappointing to see a site that used to be good go downhill like this.
Blackview 9000 Purchase
I bought the Blackview 9000 from this company about two weeks ago and man, it's been a total nightmare. Their customer service is a joke - all their responses seem totally scripted. First they said I'd have to wait 2-3 days. Then it was before the 25th of December. Now they're saying after that date. I've completely lost faith in their promises. Looks like I'll have to cancel my order and find somewhere else to buy from. So frustrating!
