choose a day rate, hop in, get to work. I started the rental on a Friday morning and planned to drop it the same day, but work kept me late and I ended up holding onto it until Tuesday. First impression: smooth sign-up, okay car, app seemed straightforward — felt like a useful fallback.
Tight spot, tired patience
wrong name, no supervisor call promised, no closure. Nobody called me back like they said they would.
The car itself feels fine — drives decently and was in good shape — but the support experience made the whole trip more stressful than it needed to be. My takeaway: if you rely on this service because you don’t have a car, be prepared for inconsistent customer support and to push hard if something goes sideways. A simple follow-through on escalation and listening would fix a lot. I’d use the cars again for short trips, but I’d be cautious and have a backup plan in case support fails.
