Oxford shoes in black

Shirts
Ordered shirts and after 30 days and they have not arrived. However, tracking shows delivered. The tracking site is totally bogus. Delivered...by whom? They do not tell you. They said it was signed for. Signed for by whom? They do not tell you. They only say it was a courier but do not tell you who. This is a pure money grab as far as I am concerned. I gambled and lost.
