I bought some swimwear from your site not long ago, but there was a problem with the delivery. Even though I paid for Order 41081660, I never got the swimsuit. I contacted customer service, and they helped me place a new order. I'm crossing my fingers that this time the delivery goes smoothly and I actually get the product I paid for.
clothing purchase
I love shopping for stylish clothes, and I recently bought some items from your store. I have to say, I am super impressed! The quality and design of the clothes are even better than I expected. Whenever I wear them, I get so many compliments and I feel like I really stand out in the crowd. Plus, the prices are great, so I can stay on trend without spending a ton of money. I am so happy with my purchase and I will definitely be coming back for more. Keep up the awesome work!
Oversized dress, poorly made, no refund
I bought a dress from this company recently and it was so poorly made. I got a size small like the guide said, but it was way too big and the stitching was all messed up. I tried to contact customer service a bunch of times to get a refund and return label, but they never got back to me. I even left a bad review on Trustpilot and showed them proof of their refund policy, but still nothing. It's obvious that they care more about how they look than making their customers happy.
First-time purchase experience
My first time ordering from the website was kind of annoying. I had a few things in my cart, but then I decided to take one out. When I did that, the website somehow cleared out my whole cart, so I had to start all over again. And on top of that, I had trouble with the first-time customer code. Even though it was my first time ordering, the code didn't work because it was apparently only for brand new customers. Those technical issues were a little frustrating, but other than that, ordering was pretty easy.
First order issue
I just placed my first order and was trying to use the Ador5 code for a discount, but I couldn't get it to go through before my order was processed. I'm really hoping that I can still use the code since I just made the order and I could really use that discount!
Smartphone order mishap
I ordered something from my phone on December 6th, thinking it would get here by Christmas. But when I looked up my order, I saw it didn't actually go through even though I got a text saying it did. Now I'm worried it won't make it in time for the holidays.

Their site says they accept returns. THIS IS A CHINA SCAM. They also say they ship from the US- ITS BS. If you need to return your merchandise, they send you an email giving you options to keep the merch and they'll give you like 10% back, or you have to foot the cost of the return which is like $30+ cheapest through the US postal service. Their procedure is exact: you create your own merch return label with the item ... they supply. Then ship and track to some remote China address, manufacturing district...It costs as much to return to China, where they are really located, as what you originally paid for the cost of the garment. You have to then send an email to give them tracking number and wait and hope they reimburse you... I'd never order from them again... .. Plus the quality is super cheap
Purchased a number of clothes, shirts, pants
Extremely disappointed in all of my experience with this company. It takes so long for the order to arrive. I guess the clothes are made in China?? When I finally got my first order, nothing fit. The site did say clothes run small and to order next size up which I did. All the shirts with long sleves were about 3 to 4' from about my wrist. The materials were very cheap, and one Jacket that I orded didn't even look like the picture on the site. The second nightmare was attempting to communicate with the company to return the items and get a refund. The refund process is so time consuming that it's ridiculous. They asked me to measure the clothes I purchased - who does that? Any other online company I've ever dealt with has immediately sent a return label and provided a refund because I wasn't satisficed with the produce.
Stear Clear of this online company.wool coat
What ever you do, do not order from this Chinese company. I purchased a wool coat. I even got a size bigger just to play it safe. The sleeves were way too short, so I asked to return the item. The return policy is completely misleading because you are required to mail the item back to China. Which likely costs more than the $127 I paid for the coat. ( It says if you are not completely satisfied you will get a full refund). They even suggested I donate the item or give it to my friends or family if I the item didn't fit.
