AR-15 upper receiver
Even though things have been tough with COVID going on, I gotta say Aero Precision has been around the block longer than a lot of those new guys. Their products are high quality, and I've had good experiences with them before. But, I did run into some problems with shipping during the pandemic - took forever to get my order. And their customer service was slower than normal, too. I get it, times are tough, but they could work on managing their team better to keep up with all us customers.
Warranty fix on cerakote lower
I had to send back a cerakote lower for warranty work because the cerakote was messing up the mag catch. The whole communication during the process was great, way better than I expected. They not only fixed the problem, but also fixed up some accidental damage on the lower and even gave me a free mag catch. I'm really impressed with the service and attention to detail from the Precision team.
Hanguard are really good in price and quality
The handguard that i bought is really slim and its fit perfectly, Along with that, its not that pricey either.
So if you are looking for something good that comes with an afforable price tag, you can try this one.
Well, i haven't tried this more as it was my first experience but overall i am happy and satisfied.New build issue
I called because my new build was having an issue with the bolt not staying open. Turns out it was the bolt catch thingy, but Talbert helped me out really fast and sent me a new part right away. He didn't even grill me with a bunch of questions, just got straight to helping me. Thanks Talbert for being so awesome!
AR-15 upper receiver and lower parts kit
I recently placed an order with this company for an AR-15 upper receiver and lower parts kit, but it's been a real pain. It feels like forever that my order has been stuck in limbo, and the company barely communicates with me. I've had to contact them over and over just to get a generic response. It's really annoying that I have to go through all these hoops just to get a simple update on my order. I used to like this company, but this whole experience has been disappointing. I definitely won't be giving them my business again.
Quality AR parts
When it comes to putting together my AR rifles, there's only one company I rely on for parts. They have top-notch quality that really can't be beat. I'd definitely suggest them to anyone looking to build their own AR.
Rifle barrel assembly
I just bought a rifle barrel assembly from this company and man, I am super impressed with the quality and style. The product is seriously top-notch and I won't even think about going to a different manufacturer for my gun parts from now on.
Gen 2 stripped lower
Still waiting to be shipped and going on a month. Customer service rep was great but the processing department really sucks. This is not how you run a good business. This is not the only game in town and I will never order anything from this company that moves like a sloth again. Maybe they should name their company “SLOTH PRECISION.”
Parts for a build
Positive: parts were ok
Negative: closely communicated priot to and throughout the holidays about issues I was having and my displeasure with their service and was completely blown off by the staff when I called.
Advice to anyone who cares about professionalism and customer service find another company to get what you need because they are all out of F*cks when its about customer service .
